[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 남해군은 오는 3월 지역사회 통합돌봄 본격 시행을 앞두고 ‘보건의료분야 통합돌봄 사업’을 본격 추진한다.
이에 지역 의료기관 및 약사회와 잇따라 업무 협약을 체결하고 군민들이 살던 곳에서 건강하게 노후를 보낼 수 있도록 돕는 돌봄사업을 시작한다고 26일 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 병원 치료를 마치고 퇴원한 환자의 안정적인 지역사회 복귀를 돕는 ‘퇴원 환자 연계 사업’과 여러 종류의 약물을 복용하는 어르신들의 안전을 지키는 ‘찾아가는 복약 상담 사업’ 추진을 위해 이루어졌다.
남해군은 이를 통해 의료와 복지의 경계를 허무는 촘촘한 ‘남해형 통합돌봄 모델’을 완성해 나갈 계획이다.
퇴원환자 연계사업은 남해병원 및 남해군립노인전문병원과 협력해 병원은 입원환자 중 돌봄이 필요한 퇴원 환자를 지자체로 의뢰하고 군은 ‘통합지원회의’를 통해 대상자별 지원계획을 수립한다.
이후 △가사 지원 △식사 배달 △주거 환경 개선 등 맞춤형 복지 서비스를 신속히 연결해 환자와 가족의 돌봄 부담을 줄이고 안정적인 지역사회 정착을 지원한다.
이와 함께 남해군 약사회와 협력하는 ‘찾아가는 복약 상담 사업’은 창선면 관할 약사 1명, 남해읍 관할 약사 2명의 지역 약사가 참여하며 의료급여 수급권자 중 다제 약물 복용자의 가정을 직접 방문하는 방식으로 진행된다.
참여 약사들은 대상자와의 1:1 상담을 통해 △정확한 복용 시간 및 방법 안내 △유효기간 경과 약물 폐기 도움 △약물 부작용 모니터링 등을 실시하며 상담 결과에 따라 추가적인 의료 서비스나 복지 자원을 연계하는 역할도 수행할 예정이다.
