이재명 대통령이 26일 최근 김정은 북한 국무위원장의 대남 적대 발언 관련해 "대결·전쟁을 향해 질주하고 있던 과거를 반드시 청산해야 하며 추구해야 할 가치는 평화·안정"이라고 밝혔다.
이 대통령은 이날 오후 청와대에서 열린 수석보좌관회의 모두 발언에서 "지금까지의 대북 모욕·위협 행위가 과연 한반도 평화·안정에 도움 됐느냐, 대한민국 국익·국가 안보를 지키는 데 유용했느냐를 진지하게 되새겨 봐야 한다"고 했다.
그러면서 "오랫동안 쌓인 적대 감정·대결 의식을 일순간 한가지 획기적 조치로 없앨 수 없다"며 "지속적 노력을 통해 신뢰를 구축하고 그게 쌓이고 쌓여 이해되고 또 한편으로 공감하는 그런 상태로 나아가야 되겠다"고 주장했다.
또 국고보조금 부정수급 사례 관련해 "최근 국고보조금을 부정 수급하다 적발된 사례가 늘고 있다"며 "이런 악질적 행위를 확실히 근절하려면 부정수급한 보조금을 전액환수하는 건 물론 그 몇 배에 이르는 경제적 제재도 검토해야 할 것"이라고 밝혔다. 기획예산처에 따르면 지난해 국고보조금 부정수급 적발 건수 경우 992건(667억7천만원 규모)으로 역대 최다를 기록했다.
이어 "심지어 기업형 브로커를 끼고 교묘히 보조금을 부정수급하는 사례도 발생하고 있다"며 "국민 혈세를 눈먼 돈으로 보고 있으니 이처럼 간 큰 세금 도둑질이 일어나는 것이며 마땅히 엄히 문책하고 앞으로 그런 일이 발생 않도록 해야겠다"고 강조했다.
더불어 "국민 혈세를 도둑질하다 걸리면 패가망신한다는 걸 누구나 명확히 인식할 수 있도록 철저한 부정수급 방지·문책 대책을 세워주길 바란다"며 "규칙을 어겨 이익을 볼 수 없고 규칙을 지키는 게 손해가 아니다란 생각을 분명히 자리 잡게 해야 한다"고 했다.
이 대통령은 "실제 서울 지역서 상당 폭 집값 하락이 나타나고 있다"며 "한때 불가능해 보였던 자본시장 정상화가 현실이 되고 있는 것처럼 망국적 부동산 공화국을 해체하는 것 역시 결코 넘지 못할 벽은 아니다"고 했다.
이어 "주택 매물은 눈에 띄게 증가하고 있고 전셋값 상승률도 둔화 중이라 한다"며 "이젠 거스를 수 없는 대세 생산적 금융으로의 자본 대전환을 한층 더 가속해야 되겠다"고 했다.
그러면서 "비정상인 부동산 시장을 정상화하고 국민 삶 실질 개선을 위한 모두의 경제로 확실히 나아가야겠다"며 "국가 정상화는 사회 곳곳에 뿌리 깊게 퍼져 있는 비정상을 하나하나 정상화하는 노력이 계속해 뒤따라야 가능하다"고 했다.
