이재명 대통령이 부부 공동 명의로 보유 중인 경기 성남시 분당구 아파트를 시세 대비 싼 가격에 매물로 내놓았다고 청와대가 27일 전했다.
강유정 대변인은 이날 오후 언론 공지를 통해 “이 대통령은 거주 목적 1주택 소유자였으나 부동산 시장 정상화 의지를 국민께 몸소 보여주겠다는 의도로 매물로 내놓은 것으로 풀이된다”며 이같이 전했다.
그러면서 “이 대통령은 이 아파트를 전년 실거래가·현 시세보다 저렴하게 매물로 내놓았다”고 덧붙였다. 이 대통령은 해당 아파트를 29억 원에 내놓은 것으로 알려진 가운데 현재 임차인이 거주 중이다.
이 대통령은 지난 1998년 분당 양지마을 금호1단지 전용면적 164㎡ 아파트를 부부 공동 명의로 3억 6000만 원에 매입해 29년째 보유해 온 가운데 현재 이 단지 시세는 30여억 원 수준으로 상승한 상태다.
