충청남도가 봄철 지반 약화로 인한 도로 붕괴·침하 사고를 막기 위해 도 전역 도로시설물을 집중 점검한다.
충남도에 따르면 해빙기(2~4월) 동안 겨울철 동토가 녹아 지반이 불안정해지는 특성을 고려해 4월 10일까지 위임국도 351㎞, 국지도 407㎞, 지방도 1,328㎞, 시군도 4,343㎞ 등 총 5,429㎞를 대상으로 안전점검이 이뤄진다.
낙석·산사태 위험지, 도로 사면, 포트홀, 옹벽 전도, 교량 등 취약 구간을 우선 순위로 삼아 위험 요소를 발견 즉시 긴급 보수한다.
충남도 관계자는 “해빙기 도로시설물은 지반 약화로 취약해지기 쉽다”며 “현장 중심 철저한 점검과 신속 보수를 통해 도민 안전을 최우선으로 하겠다”고 밝혔다.
또 주민 참여를 확대하기 위해 ‘주민 점검 신청제’를 운영, 안전신문고 앱 등을 통해 주변 위험을 신고하면 즉시 현장 확인·조치를 진행한다.
