대전시교육청이 3일 6층 중회의실에서 교육감 등 고위직 공무원을 대상으로 청렴 실천 서약식을 열고 투명한 조직문화를 다짐했다.
이번 행사는 리더층의 청렴 의지를 공표하고 윤리 책임을 강화하기 위한 자리로, 법·원칙 준수와 특혜 배제, 권한 남용 금지, 불합리 관행 개선 등 실천 사항을 서약서에 명시했다.
서약에 이어 교육감 주재 '반부패·청렴 정책 기획단' 회의가 열려 2026년 정책 기본 계획을 공유하고 구체적 실천 방안을 논의했다. 교육청은 서약 이행을 정책 과제와 연계해 지속 점검하며 실효성을 높일 계획이다.
설동호 교육감은 "청렴은 공직자의 선택이 아닌 기본 의무"라며 "고위직부터 철저히 법을 지키고 책임 있는 자세로 신뢰받는 대전교육을 만들겠다"고 강조했다.
