대전 중구가 2027년 예산 편성 초반부터 주민 목소리를 대거 반영한다.
오는 6일 구청 다목적대회의실에서 열리는 제1차 주민참여예산위원회는 30명 위원이 모여 올해 운영 계획을 논의하며 사업 공모 전 단계 의견 수렴으로 투명성을 높인다.
주민참여예산제는 제안부터 집행까지 주민이 주도하는 지방재정 민주화 제도로, 중구는 분과위 현장평가와 주민친화 신청서 도입으로 참여를 키워왔다. 올해는 17개 전 동을 돌며 '찾아가는 예산학교'를 열어 지역 맞춤 사업을 발굴하고 주민 역량도 강화한다.
