【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=음성군이 충청유교문화권 광역관광개발사업의 일환으로 추진하고 있는 ‘자린고비 청빈마을 조성사업’에 박차를 가하고 있다.
조병옥 음성군수는 4일 사업 대상지인 금왕읍 삼봉리 현장을 방문해 추진 현황을 점검하고, 공정 진행 상황과 애로사항을 보고받는 등 전반적인 사업 추진 상황을 면밀히 살폈다.
아울러 공사가 차질 없이 재개·진행 될 수 있도록 사전 준비에 만전을 기할 것을 당부하는 한편, 현장 안전관리 체계를 더욱 강화해 줄 것을 강조했다.
‘자린고비 청빈마을 조성사업은’ 금왕읍 삼봉리에서 조선시대 청빈한 삶을 살며 모은 재산을 어려운 사람을 위해 베푼 조륵 선생의 뜻을 기리기 위한 사업이다.
군은 총 사업비 147억 원을 들여 청빈영상문화체험관(982.2㎡)과 청빈낙도숲을 조성하고, 다양한 운영 프로그램도 개발할 예정이다. 이번 사업을 통해 절약과 나눔의 가치를 직접 배우고 경험할 수 있는 차별화된 체험형 관광 명소로 만들어 나갈 방침이다.
사업은 2024년 토목·조경공사를 먼저 진행했으며, 2025년 청빈영상문화체험관 건축공사를 본격 착공했다. 현재 동절기 공사 중지 해제로 공사 재개를 준비 중이며, 군은 2026년 말 준공을 목표로 사업 추진에 속도를 낼 계획이다.
