이재명 대통령이 5일 "자금시장 불안을 사전 차단하기 위해 마련된 100조 원 규모 시장 안정 프로그램을 적절하고 신속하게 집행·관리해 주길 바란다"고 했다.
이 대통령은 이날 오전 청와대에서 열린 이란 사태 대응 제8회 임시 국무회의 모두 발언에서 "중동 지역 위기가 고조되면서 글로벌 경제·안보 환경이 많이 악화하고 있다"며 이같이 말했다.
그러면서 "세계 각국 금융시장이 큰 불확실성에 직면한 가운데 에너지 수급·수출입 불안으로 경제산업·민생 전반에 상당히 어려움이 에상된다"며 "주식·환율 같은 금융시장 변동성 확대에 적극 대응해야 한다"고 했다.
또 "이럴 때 기승 부리는 가짜뉴스 유포·시세 교란 같은 범죄 행위도 철저히 차단하기 바란다"며 "국민 경제에 혼란을 조장해 이익을 취하려는 세력에 무관용 원칙으로 엄중히 책임을 물어야 한다"고 했다.
이어 "에너지 수급·가격 불안정 역시 각별히 신경써야 한다"며 "원유·가스·나프타 등에 대한 긴급 수급 안정책·중장기적 수입처 다각화 방안을 신속 추진해 달라"고 했다.
더불어 "어려운 시장 환경을 악용해 매점매석·불합리한 폭리를 취하려는 시도는 강력 단속하고 단호히 대응할 필요가 있다"며 "유류 공급 관련해 아직 심각한 차질이 벌어지는 것도 아닌데 갑자기 주유소 휘발유 가격이 폭등했다 한다"고 했다.
이 대통령은 "아침 저녁으로 (유류) 가격이 다르다 한다"며 "심지어 리터당 200원 가까이 올린 곳도 있다 하는데 제재 방안이 구체적으로 어떤게 있는지 논의해 보길 바란다"고 했다.
