대전 유성구가 지역 특성을 반영해 차별화한 공공일자리 사업을 본격 가동한다. 3월 5일 발표된 ‘유성형 공공일자리’는 기존 중앙정부 중심의 일자리 모델과 달리 지역 맞춤형으로, 디지털, 돌봄, 마을 분야 등 총 7개 사업에 77명이 참여한다.
특히 올해 새롭게 도입된 마을 분야 ‘친환경 자동차 인프라 조사·관리’ 사업은 전용 주차구역과 충전 시설 설치 실태를 면밀히 조사해 친환경차 보급 확대와 이용 편의 개선을 목표로 한다.
디지털 분야에서는 ‘미래세대 디지털 청년인턴’이 공공시설 홍보물 제작을 뒷받침하고, ‘공공 빅데이터 청년인턴십’은 데이터 사전조사와 분석 지원에 나선다.
돌봄 분야는 지역 내 아동 돌봄 안전망 강화를 중점으로, 다함께돌봄센터와 아동친화공간 돌봄 인력 지원과 더불어 지역아동센터 이용 아동 대상 학습지도를 제공하며 맞춤형 돌봄 서비스를 선보일 예정이다.
유성구 관계자는 “이번 사업은 단순한 일자리 창출을 넘어 지역사회와 주민이 함께 성장하는 지속 가능한 일자리 생태계 만들기에 집중하고 있다”면서 “앞으로도 지역 현안 해결과 청년 고용 안정에 활력을 불어넣을 것”이라고 말했다.
