충남 천안시가 지역 청년들에게 실무 경험과 정규직 전환 기회를 제공하기 위해 '2026년 상반기 청년인턴 사업' 참여자를 40명 모집한다. 오는 20일까지 신청을 받으며 선정자는 최대 3개월간 월 215만 원 인건비를 지원받는다.
이번 사업은 천안시 소재 우수 중소기업과 청년을 연결해 경력 개발을 돕는 핵심 정책이다. 올해 총 74명 규모로 운영되며 상반기 40명을 우선 선발한다.
참여 기업은 한솔제지, 신화인터텍 등 60여 개사로 제조, 디자인, 경영지원 등 다양한 직무에서 인턴을 채용한다.
특히 31일 천안시청에서 열리는 '청년일자리 매칭데이'에서 현장 면접과 기업 설명, 취업 상담이 진행된다.
김석필 천안시장 권한대행 부시장은 "단순 인턴십이 아닌 정규직 채용으로 이어지는 프로그램"이라며 "기업 협력을 통해 청년들의 안정적 지역 정착을 지원하겠다"고 밝혔다.
