안양시가 청년가구의 주거 이동에 따른 비용 부담을 덜기 위해 이사비 지원 사업을 올해도 추진한다.
안양시는 청년가구의 초기 정착비용 완화를 위해 최대 50만원의 이사비와 중개보수비를 지원하는 ‘청년가구 이사비 지원’ 사업을 시행한다고 6일 밝혔다.
지원 대상은 2025년 7월 1일부터 12월 31일 사이 안양시로 전입하거나 시 내에서 이사한 뒤 전입신고를 완료한 19세 이상 39세 이하 청년가구다.
지원 금액은 이사비용 최대 20만원, 부동산 중개보수비 최대 30만원으로 총 50만원까지다. 해당 지원은 생애 1회 받을 수 있다.
신청 자격은 기준 중위소득 150% 이하이면서 청년 본인이 무주택자여야 하며, 거래금액 2억원 이하의 전·월세 주택에 거주해야 한다.
신청은 경기도 일자리 플랫폼인 잡아바어플라이 통합접수시스템을 통해 온라인으로 가능하며 접수 마감은 3월 20일까지다.
