대전시립연정국악단의 대표 상설 공연인 ‘토요국악’이 3월부터 11월까지(8월 제외) 매월 둘째·넷째 주 토요일 오후 2시, 대전시립연정국악원 작은마당에서 열린다. 올해 공연은 총 15회에 걸쳐 진행된다.
‘토요국악’은 전통 국악의 깊이와 현대적 감각이 어우러진 공연으로, 악(樂)·가(歌)·무(舞)가 함께하는 다채로운 무대를 통해 누구나 쉽고 즐겁게 국악을 향유할 수 있도록 기획된 프로그램이다. 매년 꾸준한 관객 호응을 얻으며 국악단의 시그니처 브랜드 공연으로 자리잡았다.
