더불어민주당 양승조 충남지사 예비후보가 8일 천안에서 경선 중앙선거대책위원회(중앙선대위) 발대식을 열고 본격적인 경선 체제에 돌입했다.
이날 행사에는 충남 15개 시군의 당원과 지지자 1,000여 명이 참석해 열띤 분위기 속에 진행됐다. 발대식에서는 중앙선대위 주요 간부에 대한 임명장 수여식이 함께 열리며, 사실상 ‘경선 전투 개시’를 선언하는 자리였다.
양승조 선대위는 발대식과 동시에 15개 시군별 지역선대위를 순차적으로 출범시킬 계획이다. 선대위 관계자는 “중앙과 지역 조직이 유기적으로 움직이는 원팀 체계를 완성하겠다”며 “충남 전역에 촘촘한 현장 선대위를 구축할 것”이라고 밝혔다.
