(곡성=브레이크뉴스) 이학수 기자=전남 곡성군이 군에서 직접 운영하는 갤러리 107과 주요 스트리트 갤러리 4곳에서 한은혜 작가를 초청해 개인전을 개최한다고 밝혔다.
이번 전시는 3월 12일부터 3월 25일까지 진행되며, 갤러리 107을 비롯해 군민회관, 교육청, 경찰서, 뚝방로타리 등 곡성 곳곳에 설치된 스트리트 갤러리 4동에서 관람객들을 만난다.
전시회에서는 ‘일상은 선물이고, 기쁨이며, 기적이다’라는 주제 아래 한은혜 작가의 예술관과 삶의 철학이 녹아있는 40여 점의 작품을 선보인다. 한 작가는 반복되는 평범한 하루를 특별한 날처럼 받아들이며, 매일을 소중한 선물로 여기는 마음을 화폭에 담았다. 작가는 “꿈이 다시 피어나고 희망이 기쁨이 되어 결국 기적을 만든다는 메시지를 전하고 싶다”고 전시 취지를 설명했다.
한은혜 작가는 전남대학교 미술학과 및 박사과정을 수료했으며, 지금까지 74회의 개인전과 150여 회의 단체전에 참여한 실력파 작가다. 광주예총 예술상을 수상한 바 있으며, 현재는 아트엘, 아트비전, 토만사, 광주미술협회 회원으로 활동 중이다. 동시에 ‘화가의 꿈’ 화실을 직접 운영하며 활발한 창작 및 교육 활동을 병행하고 있다.
곡성군 관계자는 “한은혜 작가는 그림이라는 재능을 통해 대중에게 위로와 힘을 전하고자 한다”며, “이번 전시는 예술이 멀리 있는 것이 아니라 우리 일상 속에 항상 머물고 있으며, 예술을 통해 자신과 세상을 따뜻하게 소통하려는 작가의 다짐을 엿볼 수 있는 소중한 기회가 될 것”이라고 전했다.
