보물섬 해산물 축제가 ‘남해 어물전 장터’로 확대

[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] 남해군을 대표하는 해산물 축제인 ‘보물섬 해산물 축제가 남해 어물전 장터로 확대 개최한다.

오는 5월 1일부터 5월 5일까지 남해군 미조 북항 물량장에서 열리는 해산물 축제가 판매자와 소비자가 직접 만나는 직거래 장터로 개최될 예정이다.

올해로 20회를 맞는 보물섬 해산물 축제는 남해군 청정 해역에서 갓 잡아 올린 각종 싱싱한 해산물과 수산가공제품을 저렴한 가격에 구매할 수 있는 ‘판매행사가 더욱 확대된다. 

그 어느 해보다 풍성한 축제의 장이 될 것으로 기대를 모으고 있다.

보물섬해산물 축제추진위원회 박정용 위원장은 “해산물 축제는 신선한 해산물을 매개로 남해의 정겨움과 따스함을 직접 체험할 수 있는 특별한 시간이 될 것”이라며 “방문객들을 위하여 전국적으로 명성이 높은 남해 해산물 시식과 함께 현장 경매, 각종 체험 등 다이내믹한 부대행사도 준비할 것”이라고 밝혔다.
