이재명 대통령이 14일 주가조작 신고 포상금 상한선 폐지 정책 관련해 “좋은 나라 만들면서 부자 되는 방법”이라고 했다.
이 대통령은 이날 오후 엑스(X·구 트위터)에 해당 정책 소개 동영상을 올린 이억원 금융위원장 글을 재게시하며 이같이 적었다.
금융위 직원들이 만든 해당 영상엔 주가조작을 신고해 포상금을 받은 한 직장인이 슈퍼카에서 내리는 장면과 함께 신고 방법·포상금 지급 등을 안내하는 내용이 담겼다.
앞서 지난 2월 25일 금융위는 주가조작·회계 부정 등 자본시장범죄 내부 고발 활성화를 위한 신고 포상금 상한 폐지와 더불어 주가조작 등으로 적발·환수된 부당이득·과징금의 최대 30%까지 포상금으로 지급하겠다고 밝힌 바 있다.
