18일 한국예탁결제원이 발표한 ‘2025년 12월 결산 상장법인 주식 소유자 현황’에 따르면 지난해 말 기준 12월 결산 상장법인(2727개사)의 중복을 제외한 실제 소유자는 약 1456만 명으로 집계됐다. 이는 전년 대비 약 33만 명(2.3%) 늘어난 수치다.
1인당 평균 소유 종목 수는 6.03종목으로 전년 대비 4.1% 증가한 반면, 1인당 평균 소유 주식 수는 8066주로 1.7% 감소했다.
이는 투자자들이 한두 종목에 집중하기보다 다양한 종목으로 포트폴리오를 넓히는 ‘분산 투자’ 성향이 강해졌음을 시사한다.
