‘트리아츠’는 지하 3층에서 지상 28층에 이르는 건축물로, 연면적은 24만 4,445㎡(약 7만 4천 평)에 달한다. 499.6%의 높은 용적률을 적용해 고밀도로 개발된 이 시설은 오는 5월 말부터 IT 및 첨단 제조 산업 관련 기업들의 입주가 본격적으로 시작될 예정이다.
