【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=(재)충주문화관광재단은 ‘2026 충주 다이브페스티벌 with MyK FESTA’의 기획 및 운영 과정에 참여할 청년기획단을 모집한다고 18일 밝혔다.
이번에 모집하는 ‘다이브 청년기획단’은 공개 선발된 청년들이 축제 준비 단계부터 참여해 아이디어를 제안하고 실제 프로그램 기획·운영까지 수행하는 축제 핵심 참여 인력으로, 교육과 실무 경험을 동시에 쌓을 수 있는 프로그램이다.
선발된 인원들은 오리엔테이션 이후 본격적으로 축제 준비에 투입돼 행사 전반에 참여하게 된다.
모집 기간은 3월 31일까지이며, 충주문화관광재단 누리집에서 신청서류를 내려받아 작성한 뒤 이메일로 접수하면 된다.
신청 자격은 축제 기간 동안 활동이 가능한 전국 만 19세 이상 39세 이하 청년으로, 개인 또는 6인 이내 팀 단위로(30명 내외) 선발할 계획이다.
선발된 기획단은 5월 7일부터 6월 18일까지 약 8주간 충주음악창작소에서 축제 전문가 과정 교육을 이수한 뒤 다이브페스티벌 기획 및 운영에 참여하게 된다.
주요 활동은 △국내외 성공 사례 분석 및 기획 실무 특강 △SNS 콘텐츠 마케팅 전략 수립 △현장 운영 및 안전관리 매뉴얼 교육 등으로 구성되며, 축제 준비와 운영 전반에 참여할 예정이다.
백인욱 재단 이사장은 “대한민국 문화도시 충주의 저력을 보여줄 이번 페스티벌에 청년들의 신선하고 감각적인 아이디어가 더해지길 기대한다”며 “축제 기획자로 성장할 수 있도록 적극 지원하겠다”고 말했다.

The Chungju Culture & Tourism Foundation announced on the 18th that it is recruiting a Youth Planning Team to participate in the planning and operation of the ‘2026 Chungju Dive Festival with MyK FESTA.’
The ‘Dive Youth Planning Team’ being recruited consists of publicly selected youths who will participate from the preparation stage, propose ideas, and carry out the actual planning and operation of programs. It is a program designed to allow participants to gain both education and practical experience simultaneously.
After an orientation, the selected members will be fully deployed to prepare for the festival and participate in all aspects of the event.
