취약계층 급식 안전 확보 및 현장 중심 의정활동 공로 인정

대전광역시의회 이효성 복지환경위원장이 지역 취약계층의 급식 안전과 건강 증진에 기여한 공로로 현장 실무자들로부터 감사의 뜻을 전달받았다.
이효성 위원장은 19일 ‘대전·세종지역 급식관리지원센터 실무자협의회(회장 안수정)’로부터 감사패를 수여받았다.
이번 수상은 이 위원장이 평소 대전 지역 내 어린이, 노인, 장애인 등 영양 취약계층의 급식 위생을 철저히 관리하고, 현장의 목소리를 반영한 실효성 있는 정책 추진에 앞장서 온 점을 높이 평가받아 이루어졌다.
그동안 이 위원장은 복지환경위원장으로서 급식관리지원센터의 운영 내실화는 물론, 보이지 않는 곳에서 헌신하는 종사자들의 처우 개선과 급식 위생·안전 수준을 높이기 위한 제도적 기반 마련에 주력해 왔다.
