이재명 대통령이 20일 "앞으로 지속가능한 성장을 위해 중소기업 포함 창업·스타트업 역할도 매우 중요하다"고 했다.
이 대통령은 이날 오후 청와대에서 열린 ‘중소기업인과의 대화·대한민국 99% 도약을 위하여’ 간담회 모두 발언에서 "그간 경제는 대기업 중심으로 성장해 온 게 사실"이라며 이같이 말했다.
그러면서 “대한민국에 착취 구조란 독특한 요소가 있다”며 “기술 탈취·갑질이 중소기업 혁신 의지를 갉아먹고 있다”고 했다.
또 "경영 개선을 이뤄내도 (대기업이) 납품단가를 후려치거나 성과를 빼앗아 간다 생각하면 기술 혁신·시장 개척에 신경 쓰기보다 발주자·수요처 임원 로비에 주력하지 않겠나, 사회 전체 경쟁력을 훼손하는 요인”이라고 했다.
이어 “최근 공정거래위가 열심히 하고 있는데 불공정한 경쟁으로 부당 이득을 취하는 게 불가능한 사회 문화를 만들고자 한다”며 현장 기업인들이 많은 조언을 해달라"고 했다.
더불어 “중소기업 경영자 입장에서 노동도 관심사일 텐데 저 역시 노동자 출신”이라며 “노동자는 노동자 몫을 정당하게 주장하고 기업은 경영자 입장에서 할 얘기 하며 합리적으로 이해관계 조정이 이뤄지면 좋겠다”고 했다.
