(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부천시가 오는 4월부터 관내 중고등학생과 수험생의 자기주도적 진로 설계 역량을 강화하고 급변하는 입시 환경에 선제적으로 대응하기 위해 ‘2026년 진로진학컨설팅’을 상시 운영한다고 밝혔다.
부천시에 따른면, 이번 컨설팅은 올해부터 부천미래교육센터가 시 직영 체제로 개편된 데 따라 공신력 있는 교육 정보를 제공하고, 학생 개개인 특성에 맞는 맞춤형 진로 로드맵 구축을 지원하기 위해 마련됐다.
‘진로진학컨설팅’은 단순한 정보 전달을 넘어 현직 전문가와 학생이 1대1로 만나 심도 있는 대화를 나누는 개별 맞춤형 상담 과정으로, 학생의 진로 방향 설정과 진학 전략 수립을 함께 지원하는 사업이다.
컨설팅은 고교학점제 기반 학업·과목 설계, 고입·대입 진학 컨설팅(수시·정시), 중고교 학교급별 맞춤형 학습법 상담 등으로 구성된 전문적이고 체계적인 상담 프로그램으로 운영된다.
상담은 부천시청 내 상담실에서 1인당 50분간 대면 방식으로 진행하며, 학생과 학부모의 편의를 위해 평일 야간(18:00~20:50)과 주말(10:00~12:50) 시간대를 함께 운영한다.
참여 대상은 부천시 소재 중고등학생과 수험생이며, 연 1회 신청할 수 있다.

또한, 부천시가 23일, 공동주택 장기수선계획과 장기수선충당금 운영의 실효성을 높이기 위해 의무관리 대상 공동주택을 대상으로 ‘장기수선계획분야 찾아가는 컨설팅’을 확대 실시한다고 밝혔다.
부천시에 따르면, 이번 사업은 공동주택 공용시설의 체계적 유지관리를 지원하고 안전하고 쾌적한 주거환경을 조성하기 위해 마련됐다.
장기수선계획은 공동주택 내 엘리베이터 등 주요 공용시설의 교체와 보수를 위해 수선 항목과 주기를 설정하고, 이에 필요한 비용을 매월 장기수선충당금으로 적립하는 제도다.
이번 컨설팅은 분야별 전문가 자문을 통해 장기수선계획의 적정성을 점검하고, 장기수선충당금이 계획에 맞게 적립되고 있는지를 확인하는 데 중점을 둔다.
