춘천시는 쾌적하고 안전한 주거환경 조성을 위해 올해 12월까지 관내 384개 단지, 8만 5,000여 세대를 든든하게 뒷받침할 '공동주택 지원사업'을 전격 추진한다고 23일 밝혔다.
총 5억 8,000만 원(일반사업 4억 원, 보안등 전기요금 1억 6,000만 원, 공동체 활성화 2,000만 원)의 굵직한 실탄이 투입되는 이번 사업은 주민들의 피부에 와닿는 실질적인 혜택에 초점을 맞췄다. 단지 내 파손된 도로, 배수시설, 아슬아슬한 옹벽 등 굵직한 공용시설물 유지·보수 비용은 물론, 야간 안전을 책임지는 보안등 전기요금과 훈훈한 이웃의 정을 나누는 주민 공동체 활성화 프로그램까지 전방위적인 지원이 펼쳐진다.
