【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=청주교육지원청은 3월 24일 청주 글로스터호텔에서 관내 중학교 교감 49명을 대상으로 「2026학년도 교감 역량 강화 워크숍」을 운영하였다.
이번 워크숍은 충북교육의 2026년 정책 방향인 ‘포용’과 ‘실용’을 학교 현장에 안정적으로 안착시키고, 교감의 리더십을 기반으로 학교 운영 역량을 강화하기 위해 마련되었다.
특히 교감은 학교 교육과정 운영과 학교 구성원 간의 연결을 담당하는 중간 리더로서, 정책과 현장을 잇는 중요한 역할을 수행하고 있다. 이에 따라 이번 워크숍은 정책 전달 중심의 연수를 넘어 현장에서의 실천과 적용을 함께 고민하는 자리로 운영되었다.
이날 워크숍에서는 ‘김민섭 작가’를 초청하여 「포용의 리더십으로 함께하는 학교 교육」을 주제로 특별 강연을 진행하였다. 강연에서는 학교 현장에서 마주하는 다양한 관계 속에서 포용의 의미를 다시 생각해 보는 시간이 마련되었다.
이어 진행된 예술 체험 프로그램 「나도 예술가, 하루를 가만히 닫는 시간」에서는 공연팀 ‘앤킴의 음악회’를 통해 참석자들이 잠시 일상의 긴장을 내려놓고 정서적으로 환기하는 시간을 가졌다.
또한 ‘교감 연결의 시간’을 통해 인근 학교 교감 간 자연스러운 소통의 계기를 마련하고, 학교 운영 과정에서의 고민과 경험을 공유하는 시간을 가졌다.
마지막으로 ‘정책 이해와 질문의 시간’에서는 2026년 주요 정책 방향을 공유하고, 학교 현장에서의 적용과 관련한 담당 장학사와의 질의응답을 통해 정책에 대한 이해를 높였다.
청주교육지원청 최동하 교육장은 “이번 워크숍이 정책을 전달하는 데 그치지 않고, 교감 선생님들께서 서로의 경험을 나누며 학교 현장에서 실천할 수 있는 방향을 함께 찾는 시간이 되었기를 바란다”며, “앞으로도 현장의 목소리를 반영한 지원을 지속적으로 이어가겠다”고 밝혔다.

On March 24, the Cheongju Office of Education held the "2026 Academic Year Vice Principal Competency Enhancement Workshop" at the Cheongju Gloucester Hotel for 49 middle school vice principals within its jurisdiction.
