"2026 국조전 대의원 총회 및 제34차 역사문화포럼” 이 개최됐다.

국조전은 지난 3월 21일 오전 11시 서울시 종로구 종로123 고영빌딩 7층에서 “2026 국조전 대의원 총회 및 제34차 역사문화포럼”을 성황리에 개최하였다. 이번 행사는 1, 2부로 나누어 진행되었는데, 제1부 “2026년도 국조전 대의원 총회”는 김만수 홍익대사(세계전뇌학습 아카데미 총괄이사)의 사회로 국민의례, 국조의례, 천부경 봉독, 국조전 강령, 축시, 내빈소개, 임명장 수여, 성원보고, 개회사, 축사, 전년도 사업보고, 부의안건 심의 순서로 진행되었다.
이번 대의원 총회에는 권천문 박사[(사)세계윷문화연맹 총재]를 비롯하여 강상호 한중상고역사문화연구소 소장, 문동식 고당문화재연구소 대표, 김홍규 한일우호국민협의회 의장, 민한홍 (사)국조단군총연합 총재, 이득환 (사)숭조회 이사장, 무진행 각근사 회주, 원유 대한불교조계종 정양사 주지, 지원 스님(국조전 홍익대사), 철학박사 담운 스님, 정종한 대종교 전강, 한영복 (사)환경사랑실천운동연합 고문, 김경자 전 서울시문화체육관광위 의원, 임기추 박사(홍익경영전략원/역사광복연대 대표) 등이 내빈으로 참석하였다.
최학준 국조전 대표는 2025년도 사업보고에서 크게 두 가지 사업성과를 꼽았다. 그 첫번째 사업성과는 ‘국조전 홍익대사(弘益大使)’ 제도의 출범과 함께 48명의 홍익대사를 배출하였고(현재 65명), 두번째 사업성과는 ‘제3회 국조전 홍익인간문화콘서트’ 개최를 통해 ‘홍익인간’의 대중화와 트랜드화 작업이 뿌리를 내리기 시작하였다는 것이다.
이러한 2025년도 사업성과를 바탕으로 2026년도 국조전 주요사업 목표로 1. 홍익대사(弘益大使) 108명 인재발굴 및 제도 정착화 사업, 2. 풍류도(風流道) 학술대회 및 수련 보급사업, 3. 홍익인간 대중화 사업, 4. 국조전 연수원 건립 추진사업, 5. 단기연호 복원사업 등을 들었다.
이날 제2부 ‘제34차 국조전 역사문화포럼’은 최학준 대표의 사회로 진행되었다. 이번 포럼의 주제는 《천부경(天符經) 속에 담긴 한민족의 세계관》으로써 각근사(覺根寺) 회주 무진행 스님이 강설을 맡았다. 무진행 스님은 출가하여 법화경(法華經)을 소의경전(所依經典)으로 삼고 기도와 참선 정진을 하던 중, 《천부경》을 보고 홀연히 천부경의 진의(眞意)를 깨달았다고 한다. 그 후 《천부경》을 20만 독(讀)을 하고 절 마당에 《천부경》 석탑과 《 천부인(天符印)》 석탑, 그리고 《우리민족의 하늘과 세보(世譜)》을 새긴 석탑을 세웠다.
무진행스님은 강설에서 “겨레의 얼 《천부경》은 고불경(古佛經)이며 유.불.도.역경 등 동양사상의 원조요, 세계정신문명의 시원이다”라고 전제하였다. 또 “《천부경》은 천지는 나와 더불어 본래 하나라는 뜻이며, 분별을 넘어선 평등성지(平等性智)의 대승경경전(大乘經典)이다”라고 설명하며 사자후를 토했다. 청중들은 무진행스님의 강설에 두 귀를 쫑끗 세우고 들었고, 뒷자리에 앉아 있던 사람들은 앞자리로 몰려와 강설을 놓치지 않으려고 애써 집중하는 모습이 퍽이나 인상적이었다.
한편 이날 각근사 회주 무진행 스님이 국조전 홍익대사(弘益大師)에 위촉되었다. 또 국조전 부대표에 이만희 박사(의학)와 세연 스님(대한민국 사회부모클럽 클럽장)이, 부산광역시 지회장에 이정근[(주)해드림에너지 부사장] 홍익대사, 원주시 지회장에 강대업(한빛문화연구소장) 홍익대사가 임명되었다.
앞으로 국조전은 대중들의 뜨거운 호응과 요청에 따라 《천부경》 후속 강좌를 적절한 시기에 준비하겠다고 밝혔다. 또 국조전 문화부 관계자는 오는 5월에 <풍류도(風流道) 학술대회>를 시작으로, 6월에 8박9일 일정에 <풍류도 집중수련 대회>를 개최할 예정이라고 전하였다. 국조전은 어려운 현실 여건에도 불구하고 참신한 프로그램 기획과 조직적이고 내실 있는 운영마인드로 우리 역사문화계에 하나에 이정표를 제시하고 있어 우리 역사문화의 미래가 밝고 희망적이다.

Gukjojeon successfully held the “2026 Gukjojeon General Assembly of Delegates and 34th History and Culture Forum” on March 21 at 11:00 AM on the 7th floor of the Goyoung Building, 123 Jongno, Jongno-gu, Seoul. The event was divided into two parts. Part 1, the “2026 General Assembly of Delegates of the Gukjojeon,” was emceed by Hongik University Ambassador Kim Man-soo (General Director of the World Brain Learning Academy) and proceeded in the following order: National Ceremony, Gukjo Ceremony, Recitation of the Cheonbugyeong, Gukjojeon Creed, Congratulatory Poem, Introduction of Guests, Presentation of Appointments, Report on Quorum, Opening Remarks, Congratulatory Remarks, Report on Previous Year’s Activities, and Deliberation of Agenda Items. Part 2 of the event, the ‘34th Gukjojeon History and Culture Forum,’ was moderated by Representative Choi Hak-jun. The theme of this forum was “The Worldview of the Korean People Contained in the Cheonbugyeong,” and the lecture was delivered by Monk Mujinhaeng, the head monk of Gakgeunsa Temple. It is said that after becoming a monk, Monk Mujinhaeng took the Lotus Sutra as his primary scripture and devoted himself to prayer and Zen meditation; while doing so, he suddenly realized the true meaning of the Cheonbugyeong upon seeing it. Afterward, he recited the *Cheonbugyeong* 200,000 times and erected a stone pagoda in the temple courtyard featuring the *Cheonbugyeong*, the *Cheonbuin*, and a stone pagoda inscribed with *The Heaven and Genealogy of Our Nation*.
In his lecture, Venerable Mujinhaeng stated, “The *Cheonbugyeong*, the spirit of our people, is an ancient Buddhist scripture; it is the origin of Eastern thought, including Confucianism, Buddhism, Taoism, and the I Ching, and the source of world spiritual civilization.” He further roared like a lion, explaining, “The *Cheonbugyeong* signifies that heaven and earth are originally one with me, and it is a Mahayana scripture of the wisdom of equality that transcends distinction.” The audience listened intently to Venerable Mujinhaeng's lecture, and it was quite impressive to see those sitting in the back flocking to the front to concentrate hard so as not to miss a single word.
Meanwhile, on this day, Venerable Mujinhaeng, the head monk of Gakgeunsa Temple, was appointed as the Grand Master of Great Benefit (Hongik Daesa) of Gukjojeon. Additionally, Dr. Lee Man-hee (Medicine) and Venerable Seyeon (President of the Korea Social Parents Club) were appointed as Vice Representatives of Gukjojeon; Lee Jeong-geun (Vice President of Haedream Energy Co., Ltd.) was appointed as the Grand Master of Great Benefit (Hongik Daesa) for the Busan Metropolitan City Branch; and Kang Dae-eop (Director of Hanbit Cultural Research Institute) was appointed as the Grand Master of Great Benefit (Hongik Daesa) for the Wonju City Branch.
Gukjojeon announced that, in response to the enthusiastic public response and requests, it will prepare follow-up lectures on the *Cheonbugyeong* at an appropriate time. Furthermore, an official from the Cultural Department of Gukjojeon announced plans to hold the <Pungnyudo Academic Conference> this coming May, followed by the <Pungnyudo Intensive Training Tournament> in June, scheduled for nine days and eight nights. Despite challenging circumstances, Gukjojeon is setting a milestone in the field of our history and culture through innovative program planning and an organized, substantial operational mindset, making the future of our history and culture bright and hopeful.
