Okcheon County Provides Guide to Civil Petition Form Examples Using QR Codes
Okcheon County announced that it is providing a service offering guides on how to fill out civil petition forms using QR codes to alleviate the inconvenience faced by residents struggling with the process.
The forms for which examples are being provided include birth reports, death reports, marriage reports, and transfer of residence reports—forms frequently used by citizens or those prone to confusion during the completion process.
The QR codes are posted at the civil service counters of all Eup and Myeon Administrative Welfare Centers within the county, as well as at the Okcheon County General Civil Affairs Department, allowing residents to easily check how to fill out the forms using their smartphones.
