군은 지난 24일 ‘2026년 음성군 중소기업 육성자금 이차보전 지원사업’의 변경 공고를 통해, 수출입 피해 기업을 위한 우대 지원 방안을 마련하고 긴급 금융 지원을 본격 시행한다고 밝혔다.
이번 조치는 중동 사태로 인한 물류비 상승과 수출입 차질 등 복합적인 경영 부담을 겪는 기업들에 긴급 운전자금을 공급해 경영 정상화를 돕기 위해 마련됐다.
군은 이번 변경 공고를 통해 크게 두 가지 방향에서 지원을 큰 폭으로 강화했다.
우선 중동 지역과 직·간접적으로 거래하는 기업에 대한 우대금리를 적용하기로 했다. 기존 일반 기업에 지원되던 연 2.0% 이내의 이차보전에 더해, 중동 사태 피해 기업에는 0.5%의 우대금리를 추가로 적용해 최대 2.5%의 이차보전을 지원한다.
지원 대상 지역은 이란, 이스라엘, 사우디아라비아 등 중동 및 인접 지역 22개국이며, 향후 정세에 따라 대상 지역이 확대될 가능성도 열려 있다.

지원 대상은 음성군 내 본사와 공장을 두고 1년 이상 가동 중인 제조업체 중 최근 1년 이내 중동 지역 수출입 실적이 있는 직접 피해 기업이나, 경영 애로 확인서를 제출한 간접 피해 기업이다.
융자 한도는 업체당 최대 5억 원으로, 3년 전액 일시상환 조건이다.
