이번 회의는 최근 정부의 원유 자원안보위기 ‘주의’단계 경보 발령과 유가 급등 등 대외 경제 여건의 악화에 선제적으로 대응하기 위해 마련됐다.
군은 경제기업과를 중심으로 유가 동향 점검, 에너지 절약 시책 추진, 기업 피해 상황 파악 등 전방위적인 대응 체계를 가동 중이다.
우선 공공부문 에너지 절감 조치로 지난 25일부터 공공기관 차량 5부제(요일제)를 시행했다.
군청 출입 차량에 대한 상시 점검을 통해 공용차량뿐 아니라 직원 개인 차량까지 적용해 공공부문이 에너지 절약을 선도한다는 방침이다.
유류 시장 관리도 강화했다.
