브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= 삼성전자는 27일 경기도 성남시 더블트리 바이 힐튼 서울 판교에서 DX부문 협력회사와 ‘2026년 상생협력 DAY’를 개최했다고 밝혔다.
올해는 지난해와 마찬가지로 협력회사와의 소통 강화를 위해 부문별로 행사가 진행된다. DS부문 상생협력 DAY 행사는 내달 3일 경기도 용인에 위치한 ‘The UniverSE’에서 개최될 예정이다.
2012년부터 시작한 ‘상생협력 DAY’는 삼성전자와 협력회사가 서로 소통하고 격려하며 동반성장 의지를 다지는 자리다.
올해는 △우수 협력회사 포상 △삼성 주요 경영진과 협력회사 대표 간 화합의 장 △AI 트렌드 특강 등이 진행됐다.
이날 행사에는 대덕전자 대표 김영재 협력회사 협의회 회장을 포함해 90여개 DX부문 협력회사 대표와 노태문 삼성전자 대표이사 사장을 비롯한 주요 경영진 등 120여명이 참석했다.
이날 김영재 협성회 회장은 “AI 혁명의 시대에 변화만이 살 길”이라며 “원팀(One Team) 파트너십을 통해 위기를 극복하고 지속적으로 상생 발전해 나가길 바란다”고 전했다.
노태문 삼성전자 사장은 원팀(One Team) 파트너십의 중요성을 강조하며, “협력회사와 함께 혁신하고 최고의 제품으로 고객에게 최상의 AI경험을 제공하기 위해 노력하겠다”며 “미래 산업의 청사진을 공동 설계하는 ‘전략적 동반자’로 함께 도약해 한계 없는 혁신으로 위대한 성과를 이뤄내자”고 강조했다.
또한, 미래 경쟁 확보를 위해서 제조·품질 프로세스의 AI 전환이 필요할 때라며, 스마트 팩토리 전환을 당부하고 전폭적인 지원을 약속했다.
삼성전자는 지난해 기술·품질·생산 혁신, 기술 국산화, ESG 등에서 우수한 성과를 거둔 협력회사 총 20개사를 시상했다.
14개의 협력회사가 혁신 부문 최우수·우수상을 수상했고, 환경·사회·공정거래·상생협력 등 ESG 특별상을 6개사가 수상했다.
이날 전자기기 연결 인터페이스 솔루션 회사 ‘에스제이아이’가 최우수상을 수상했다. 이 회사는 AI로 사용자의 조리환경을 분석하고 인덕션의 화력을 자동으로 조절해 끓어 넘침을 방지하는 주파수 패턴 기반의 ‘AI 끓음 감지 센서’를 성공적으로 상용화해 ‘인피니트 AI 인덕션’ 양산에 기여했다. 에스제이아이의 사례는 삼성전자와 협업한 AI 혁신 우수사례로 선정돼 이날 특강에서 소개되기도 했다.
삼성전자는 협력회사의 경쟁력 강화를 위해 ‘자금·기술·인력’ 3개 분야를 중심으로 맞춤형 지원을 지속하고 있다.
삼성전자는 2005년 국내 기업 최초로 중소·중견 협력회사에 거래대금을 현금으로 지급하기 시작했고, 2010년 ‘상생펀드’를 조성해 협력회사가 안정적으로 경영할 수 있도록 운영자금, 시설투자, 연구개발 등을 위한 자금 대출을 저금리로 지원하고 있다.
2024년 11월부터는 삼성디스플레이와 함께 1조원 규모의 ‘ESG 펀드’를 조성해 협력회사의 사업장 환경 안전 개선과 에너지 사용 저감 등 ESG 투자에 대해 무이자 대출을 제공하고 있다.
아울러 삼성전자는 2009년부터 협력회사의 미래 성장동력 발굴과 신기술 확보 지원을 위해 ‘우수기술 설명회’를 개최하고 있다.
2013년부터는 ‘공동투자형 기술개발사업’에도 참여해 중소벤처기업부와 조성한 총 500억원의 자금으로 중소기업의 기술개발을 지원하고 있다.

2013년에는 ‘상생협력 아카데미’를 설립해 아카데미의 △컨설팅센터 △교육센터 △청년일자리센터 등 3개 센터를 중심으로 협력회사의 인력 양성을 지원하고 있다.
최근 화두가 되고 있는 AI, ESG, 자동화 등에 대해 핀포인트(Pinpoint) 컨설팅을 제공하고 있으며, 연 300여 개의 온∙오프라인 무료 교육을 제공해 협력회사의 체질 개선에도 기여하고 있다.
한편, 삼성전자는 지속적인 상생협력활동을 인정받아 지난해 10월 동반성장위원회가 선정하는 ‘동반성장지수 평가’에서 국내 기업 최초로 14년 연속 최우수 등급을 받은 바 있다.
