전용면적별 총 755가구 규모… 30일부터 행정복지센터 접수
자격 유지 시 최장 30년 거주 가능, 고령층 등 주거 안정 기여
대전도시공사가 저소득 취약계층의 주거 안정을 돕기 위해 오는 30일부터 ‘2026년 일반 매입임대주택 예비 입주자’를 상시 모집한다.
이번 모집은 기존 임대주택에 공가가 발생할 경우 신속하게 입주할 수 있도록 예비자를 미리 확보하기 위한 조치다. 공급 규모는 가구원 수에 따라 1형(전용면적 50㎡ 이하) 572가구 ,2형(80㎡ 이하) 150가구 ,3형(80㎡ 초과) 33가구 등 총 755가구다.
신청 자격은 대전시에 거주하는 무주택세대구성원으로 소득과 자산 보유 기준을 충족해야 한다. 1순위는 생계·의료급여 수급자, 지원대상 한부모가족, 주거지원 시급가구, 저소득 고령자, 월평균 소득 70% 이하 장애인이 해당된다. 2순위는 가구당 월평균 소득 50% 이하인 가구와 소득 100% 이하인 장애인이 포함된다.
임대 조건은 파격적이다.
