【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충주시는 25일 시청 부시장실에서 ‘2026년도 청렴시민 감사관 활동’을 논의하는 간담회를 개최했다고 27일 밝혔다.
간담회에서는 청렴시민감사관의 주요 활동 계획과 추진 방향을 논의하고, 충주시 자체 종합감사 일정을 공유하며 읍면동 감사 참여를 독려했다.
회의 후 감사관들은 중앙탑면 도로연결사업과 봉방동 도심침수 사업 현장을 점검하며 공사 안전과 시민 안내 관리의 철저함을 확인했다.
시는 점검 결과를 관련 부서에 공유해 지적 사항이 실제 공사 관리에 반영되도록 조치할 계획이다.
청렴시민감사관 제도는 「충주시 청렴도 향상 지원 조례」와 「청렴시민감사관 운영 규칙」에 근거해 시민의 시정 참여를 확대하고 부패 취약 분야를 감시하기 위해 운영된다.
기술, 토목, 건축, 법규 등 전문가 8명으로 구성되며, 2025년 1월부터 활발한 활동을 이어오고 있다.
시는 이번 활동을 통해 시민과 함께 신뢰받는 행정을 실현하고 청렴도를 높이는 것을 목표로 하고 있으며, 종합청렴도 평가 1등급 달성을 위해 다양한 청렴 시책을 발굴·추진하고 있다.
