추경예산안 3,084억 원 확정 및 조례안 20건 가결
김범규 의장 “시민 성원에 감사” 소회… 김미정 의원 5분 발언 등 소통 강조
충남 계룡시의회가 27일 제2차 본회의를 끝으로 11일간의 제187회 임시회 일정을 모두 마치고 제6대 의회의 공식 회기 일정을 마무리했다.
이번 임시회에서는 시민 생활과 밀접한 조례안 심의와 더불어 올해 첫 추가경정예산안에 대한 면밀한 검토가 이뤄졌다.
의안심사특별위원회(위원장 신동원)는 신동원 의원이 발의한 '계룡시 청소년 문화예술 활동 지원 조례안'과 김미정 의원이 발의한 '계룡시 전기자동차 이용 활성화를 위한 지원 조례 전부개정조례안' 등 총 20건의 안건을 원안 가결했다.
또한 도시관리계획 결정 변경안에 대해서도 찬성 의견을 채택하며 시정 운영에 힘을 실었다.
예산결산특별위원회(위원장 신동원) 심의를 거친 '2026년도 제1회 추가경정예산안'은 일부 수정 가결됐다. 당초 계룡시장이 제출한 3,084억 원 중 문화체육관광실 등 3개 부서의 사업 예산 약 3,800만 원을 삭감해 내부 유보금으로 조정했다. 반면 331억 원 규모의 기금운용 변경계획안은 시장이 제출한 원안대로 통과됐다.
김범규 의장은 폐회사를 통해 "지난 4년 동안 제6대 계룡시의회는 시민의 삶의 질 향상과 지역 발전을 위해 책임과 사명을 다하며 쉼 없이 달려왔다"며 "그동안 보내주신 시민 여러분의 따뜻한 관심과 성원에 깊이 감사드리며, 함께 협력해 준 동료 의원들과 공직자들에게도 진심 어린 고마움을 전한다"고 소회를 밝혔다.
한편, 이날 김미정 의원은 5분 자유발언에 나서 지난 의정활동을 회고했다. 김 의원은 시민의 목소리를 시정에 반영하기 위해 노력했던 보람과 아쉬움을 전하며, 앞으로도 지역 발전과 시민 행복을 위해 최선을 다하겠다는 의지를 피력했다.
