충청남도가 도민 모두가 안전하고 행복하게 일할 수 있는 ‘노동 존중 사회’ 구현을 위해 정책 역량을 집중한다.
이를 위해 충남도는 27일 도청 중회의실에서 ‘2026년 상반기 충청남도 노동정책협의회 정기회의’를 열고, 지난해 성과 분석과 함께 올해 노동정책 시행계획을 확정했다.
백병일 도 경제기획관과 방효준 노동정책협의회 위원장을 비롯한 위원 20여 명이 참석한 이번 회의는 안건 보고와 심의, 심층 토론 순으로 진행됐다. 특히 지난해 추진된 53개 노동정책 과제에 대한 이행 평가 결과가 공유되어 눈길을 끌었다.
평가 결과에 따르면, 전체 과제 중 ‘우수’ 16개, ‘양호’ 30개로 나타나 전년 대비 긍정적인 평가를 받은 과제가 크게 늘어난 반면, ‘미흡’이나 ‘미추진’ 과제는 감소해 정책의 실효성이 높아진 것으로 분석됐다.
주요 성과로는 노동권익센터를 통한 교육·상담·권리 구제·심리 치유 등 ‘원스톱 서비스’ 제공이 꼽혔다. 또한 이동노동자 쉼터 운영과 충남 공동근로복지기금 확대 등을 통해 노동권 강화와 지역 복지 수준을 한 단계 끌어올렸다는 평가를 받았다.
아울러 감정 노동자 보호 및 노동자 정신건강 지원사업 등 안전하고 건강한 일터 조성을 위한 노력도 안정적으로 궤도에 올랐다.
충남도는 올해 ‘안전과 쉼이 있는 일터 실현’을 최우선 목표로 삼고, 제2차 노동정책 기본계획에 맞춘 실천 과제들의 실행력을 대폭 강화할 방침이다. 이날 협의회 위원들은 변화하는 노동 환경에 발맞춰 취약 계층 노동자에 대한 지원 체계를 더욱 촘촘히 구축해야 한다는 데 뜻을 모았다.
충남도 관계자는 “지난해 성과를 바탕으로 부족한 점은 보완하고 우수한 정책은 확대해 나갈 것”이라며 “노동의 가치가 존중받는 충남을 만들기 위해 현장의 목소리를 반영한 정책 추진에 최선을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.
