[브레이크뉴스=배종태 기자] BNK금융그룹 빈대인 회장이 연임 확정 후 첫 행선지로 산업 현장을 택하며 실무 중심의 경영 행보를 시작했다. 빈 회장은 지난 26일 부산항국제컨벤션센터에서 열린 ‘미래전략캠퍼스’에 참석해 벤처·창업기업 관계자들을 만나는 것으로 공식 일정을 개시했다.
이번 행보는 통상적인 내부 취임 행사 대신 지역 미래 산업의 핵심인 창업 현장을 우선순위에 두었다는 점에서 주목받았다. 빈 회장은 이 자리에서 금융이 단순한 자금 공급을 넘어 기업 성장 전 과정에 참여하는 ‘동반자적 역할’을 수행해야 한다고 강조하며, 혁신기업 지원을 그룹의 핵심 과제로 제시했다.
현장 행보는 27일에도 이어졌다. 빈 회장은 부산 영도구 HJ중공업을 방문해 조선·해양 산업 현황을 점검하고, 글로벌 시장 변화에 대응하기 위한 금융 지원 방향을 논의했다. 또한 BNK의 창업 지원 프로그램인 ‘SUM Incubator’ 출신 기업인들과 오찬 간담회를 갖고 현장의 실질적인 고충과 건의 사항을 직접 청취했다.

BNK금융그룹은 이번 현장 방문을 기점으로 전통 제조업부터 신생 벤처까지 아우르는 ‘생산적 금융’ 지원을 확대할 방침이다. 빈 회장은 “금융이 움직여 산업을 성장시키고 지역 경제를 살려야 한다”며, 현장에서 도출된 의견을 그룹 정책에 적극 반영하는 현장 중심의 소통 경영을 지속하겠다는 의지를 밝혔다.

Bin Dae-in, Chairman of BNK Financial Group, skipped the traditional boardroom ceremonies to begin his second term directly at industrial sites. Following his reappointment on the 26th, Chairman Bin headed to the Busan Port International Convention Center to attend the ‘Future Strategy Campus,’ engaging with venture and startup leaders as his first official act.
This move signals a strategic shift toward "productive finance," prioritizing the growth of future industries over conventional internal meetings. During the event, Chairman Bin emphasized that the role of financial institutions must evolve from simple lenders to lifelong growth partners, pledging to make support for innovative companies a core group priority.
The field-centric agenda continued the following day. On the 27th, Bin visited HJ Shipbuilding & Construction in Yeongdo, Busan, to inspect the maritime sector and discuss financial support strategies amid global market shifts. He also held a luncheon with entrepreneurs from BNK’s startup support program, ‘SUM Incubator,’ to listen to the practical challenges faced by local businesses.
BNK Financial Group plans to expand its specialized maritime finance and step up customized support for every stage of a company's lifecycle. Chairman Bin stated that when finance moves, industry grows, and when industry grows, the region thrives. He reaffirmed his commitment to a "field-first" management style, ensuring that insights gained from the ground are directly translated into the group’s future policies.
