설립 8년 차에 사상 최대 순이익을 달성한 공사는 2022년 흑자 전환 이후 4년 연속 흑자를 이어가 안정적인 재무구조를 유지하고 있다.
특히 지난해 설립 후 처음으로 매출과 순이익 모두 100억 원을 돌파하는 성과를 달성했다.
나경균 사장은 "지난해 하반기 새만금 스마트 수변도시 첫 분양을 추진해 61억 원의 분양 수익을 포함 매출 149억 원을 창출한 것이 실적 개선에 크게 기여했다"고 설명했다.
