아울러 소상공인에 대해서는 소득 기준에 따른 연 150만 원 수준의 생활안정자금을 지원하고, 산업단지 인근 주거 밀집 지역의 상하수도 요금 체계 개편과 감면도 추진할 계획이다.
재원 마련 방안으로는 시 보유 공유재산 일부 매각과 예산 구조조정을 통해 약 500억 원 규모의 재원을 확보하겠다는 구상이다.
박 예비후보는 “지진 피해는 현재진행형이며, 청년과 서민의 삶 또한 더 이상 미룰 수 없는 과제”라며 “행정이 앞장서 시민과 함께 책임지고 해결하는 시정을 펼치겠다”고 밝혔다.
