이는 전년 동월 실적(2025년 4월 2만405세대) 대비 약 98% 증가한 규모로, 공급이 두 배 가까이 확대된 수준이다. 일반분양 물량 역시 증가 흐름을 보이며 공급 확대가 이어지는 모습이다.
