【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=단양군자원봉사종합센터는 지난 26일 ‘2026년 1분기 베스트 봉사상’ 시상식을 개최하고 지역사회 곳곳에서 헌신적인 나눔을 실천한 개인과 단체를 선정·시상했다.
이번 시상식에서는 개인 부문에 고명순(59·여) 씨와 조경자(65·여) 씨가, 단체 부문에는 단양군 지역자율방재단과 충주댐노인복지관 어르신봉사단이 각각 수상의 영예를 안았다.
고명순 씨는 매포여성의용소방대 소속으로 활동하며 각종 재난 대응과 지역 행사 지원에 적극 참여하는 등 안전과 봉사를 동시에 실천해왔다.
조경자 씨는 경로당을 찾아 어르신들을 대상으로 네일아트와 말벗 봉사를 꾸준히 이어오며 정서적 돌봄에 기여해왔다.
단체 부문 수상자인 단양군 지역자율방재단은 연중 재난·재해 예찰 활동과 복구 지원에 앞장서며 지역 안전망 구축에 중추적인 역할을 수행하고 있다.
충주댐노인복지관 어르신봉사단 역시 급식 지원과 시설 봉사 등 다양한 활동을 통해 지역사회 나눔 문화 확산에 기여하고 있다.
