[브레이크뉴스경기남부=용인 이현준기자] 용인특례시 기흥구보건소는 30일 보정동 카페거리에서 생명존중 문화를 확산하고 자살 예방을 위한 생명사랑 캠페인을 전개했다.
이번 캠페인은 우울감과 자살률이 증가하는 경향이 있는 3월부터 5월까지의 자살 고위험 시기를 맞아 시민들에게 자살 위기 대응 서비스를 알리고 선제적인 예방 활동을 추진하기 위해 마련됐다.
용인시자살예방센터가 주관한 이번 행사에는 소상공인시장진흥공단 용인센터와 보정동 카페거리 상인회가 함께 참여해 힘을 보탰다. 현장에서는 시민들에게 생명존중 메시지를 전달하고 자살 예방 안내 스티커와 홍보물을 배부했으며 전문적인 정신건강 상담을 받을 수 있는 전화 이용 방법 등을 상세히 안내했다.
