[브레이크뉴스경기남부=안성 이현준기자] 안성시시설관리공단은 오는 4월 1일부터 안성 제2 일반산업단지 공영주차장을 신규 수탁하여 공식 운영에 들어간다.
이번 수탁 운영은 총 288면 규모로 추진되며 산업단지 내 고질적인 주차 무질서를 해소하고 공영주차장의 공공성을 확보해 근로자와 시민들에게 효율적인 주차 환경을 제공하기 위해 마련됐다.
공단은 본격적인 운영에 앞서 지난 18일 입주기관 대상 운영 설명회를 개최하여 주차장 운영 방식과 정기권 계획을 안내하며 이용객의 혼란을 최소화하기 위한 사전 준비를 마쳤다.
지난 29일에는 전 구역 환경 정비와 시설물 안전 점검을 실시해 이용객 맞이 채비를 끝냈으며 오는 6월부터 11월까지는 주차장 내 태양광 발전 설비를 설치할 예정이다. 이를 통해 친환경 에너지를 생산하는 동시에 차량 차광막 역할을 제공하는 등 이용객 편의를 극대화한 미래형 공영주차장으로 거듭난다는 계획이다.
