이번 소급 지급 대상은 1월에 신청한 기존 거주자로, 2월 기본소득을 지급받은 주민이다. 또한 행정 착오 등 불가피한 사유로 3월까지 추가 신청한 대상자는 4월 중 1월부터 4월분까지 소급 지급될 예정이다.
한편, 2025년 12월 2일 이후 신규 전입자는 현재 거주 확인 조사가 진행 중이며, 확인 결과에 따라 지급 여부 및 일정이 별도로 안내될 예정이다.
