더불어민주당 김안태 대전 대덕구청장 예비후보가 지역사회 통합돌봄 시스템의 완성도를 높이기 위해 보건의료 현장 전문가들과의 행보를 넓히고 있다.
김 예비후보는 31일 오후 2시 대한물리치료사협회 대전광역시회(회장 김성호) 사무실에서 ‘대덕형 보건복지 체계 구축을 위한 정책협약’을 체결했다. 이번 협약은 초고령사회 진입과 저출산 문제에 대응해 치료 중심에서 예방과 재활 중심으로 보건 행정의 패러다임을 전환하기 위해 마련됐다.
양측은 협약식을 통해 물리치료사 공공 역할 확대 및 제도 강화 ,산전·산후 건강관리 지원 등 출산 친화 환경 조성 ,산업현장 근골격계 질환 예방 정책 ,생활밀착형 예방·재활 서비스 확대 ,학교보건 내 물리치료 전문성 강화 등 5대 핵심 과제를 공동 추진하기로 뜻을 모았다.
특히 이번 협약의 핵심은 의료기관에 국한됐던 재활 서비스를 아파트 단지, 복지관, 경로당 등 주민들의 실제 생활권으로 끌어들이는 ‘생활밀착형 모델’이다. 김 예비후보는 고령화 속도가 빠른 대덕구의 특성을 고려해, 아픈 뒤에 찾는 병원이 아닌 일상에서 관리받는 시스템을 구축하겠다는 구상이다.
