【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충북 보은군은 지난 30일 ‘스마트원예단지 기반조성사업’ 추진을 위해 한국농어촌공사 충북지역본부(본부장 김경한)와 위수탁 협약을 체결하고 본격적인 사업 추진에 나섰다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 스마트원예단지 조성을 위한 기반시설 구축 사업을 효율적으로 추진하기 위한 것으로, 기본 및 실시설계부터 공사 발주·감리 등 사업 전반을 일괄 위탁 방식으로 추진한다.
해당 사업은 농림축산식품부 공모사업에 선정돼 추진되는 것으로, 군은 장안면 장안리 169-3번지 일원 5.7ha 부지에 3년간 총사업비 약 41억 3000만 원(국비 25억 9000만 원, 도비 3억 3300만 원, 군비 7억 7700만 원, 지방소멸대응기금 4억 3000만 원)을 투입해 스마트원예단지 기반을 조성할 계획이다.
사업은 부지 정지와 함께 용수 공급, 전기 인입, 도로 개설, 오·폐수 처리시설 등 단지 조성에 필요한 기반시설을 구축하는 데 중점을 두고 추진되며, 이후 스마트 온실과 공동육묘장, 스마트 APC, 지원센터 등을 단계적으로 확충해 원예농업의 규모화와 첨단화를 도모할 방침이다.
이번 협약에 따라 한국농어촌공사는 설계와 공사 관리 등 사업 시행을 맡고, 보은군은 행정 지원과 사업 총괄 관리를 담당한다.
