충남 천안시가 민족의 정신과 시대의 울림을 시각적으로 담아낸 새로운 경관 조성에 나섰다.
천안시는 1일 시청 중회의실에서 ‘독립기념관 진입경관 공공옥외광고물 개선사업’의 디자인 및 제작·설치 용역 최종보고회를 열고, 독립기념관 진입로 전반을 재정비하는 계획을 발표했다.
이번 사업의 핵심 콘셉트는 ‘뿌리·횃불·울림’이다. 이는 민족의 정체성과 저항 정신, 그리고 시대를 선도하는 울림을 각각 상징한다. 천안시는 과거로부터 현재, 그리고 미래로 이어지는 민족의 역사와 정신을 층층이 쌓이는 이미지로 표현하고, 이를 시각적 디자인에 반영해 공간 전체에 역사적 의미를 담는 데 주력했다.
