이재명 대통령이 2일 시정연설에서 "2026 예산안이 신속 통과될 수 있도록 초당적 협력을 부탁드린다”고 국회에 주문했다.
이 대통령은 이날 오후 서울 여의도 국회에서 열린 2026년도 제1차 추가경정예산안 시정연설에서 “위기 극복 성패는 속도에 달려 있다"며 이같이 말했다.

이어 고유가 피해지원금 관련해 “소득 하위 70% 국민 약 3600만 명을 대상으로 소득 수준·지역 우대원칙에 따라 1인당 기본 10만 원에서 최대 60만 원까지 차등 지원하겠다”며 “지원금은 지역화폐로 지급해 지역·골목 상권 소상공인 자영업자에 도움되고 경기 활성화에도 기여할 수 있도록 설계했다”고 전했다.
