청탁금지법 시행 10주년 맞아 국민권익위와 ‘청렴 소통 릴레이’ 개최
학교장·고위직 등 480여 명 온·오프라인 참여… 실천 다짐 선포식 병행
대전광역시교육청이 공직사회의 투명성을 높이고 신뢰받는 교육 환경을 조성하기 위해 고위 공직자와 학교 현장 관리자들을 대상으로 집중 청렴 교육에 나섰다.
대전시교육청은 2일 대전평생학습관에서 설동호 교육감을 비롯한 4급 이상 고위공직자와 각급 학교장, 승진자 등 480여 명을 대상으로 ‘2026년 고위직 및 학교장·승진자 청렴 교육’을 실시했다고 밝혔다.
이번 교육은 특히 청탁금지법 시행 10주년을 기념해 국민권익위원회가 주관하는 ‘찾아가는 청렴 소통 릴레이 설명회’와 연계해 운영됐다.
현장에는 고위직과 학교장 등 350여 명이 직접 참석했으며, 올해 승진한 공무원 130여 명은 유튜브 생중계를 통해 실시간으로 교육에 참여하며 청렴 실천 의지를 다졌다.
본격적인 교육에 앞서 진행된 ‘청렴 다짐 선포식’에서는 참석자들이 한목소리로 공정한 직무 수행과 부패 근절을 약속하며 대전 교육의 신뢰 회복을 위한 각오를 새롭게 했다.
이어진 본 교육에서는 국민권익위원회 관계자가 강사로 나서 청탁금지법 등 주요 반부패 법령을 설명했다. 특히 학교와 교육기관 현장에서 실제로 발생할 수 있는 구체적인 사례를 중심으로 강의가 진행되어 참석자들의 큰 호응과 공감을 얻었다.
설동호 대전광역시교육감은 “급변하는 교육 환경 속에서도 청렴은 결코 타협하거나 흔들려서는 안 될 가장 기본적인 가치”라고 강조하며, “이번 교육이 모든 공직자가 각자의 자리에서 청렴을 생활화하는 계기가 되어 대전 교육의 신뢰를 공고히 다지는 밑거름이 되길 바란다”고 당부했다.
