청와대가 3일 "에마뉘엘 마크롱 프랑스 대통령 방한 계기로 한·프랑스 관계가 '글로벌 전략적 동반자'로 격상된다"고 전했다. 지난 2004년 '21세기 포괄적 동반자' 관계 수립 후 22년 만이다.

그러면서 "마크롱 대통령 내외 공식 환영식은 3일 오전 10시 청와대 본관에서 열린다"며 "이번 방한은 마크롱 대통령 취임 후 첫 방한으로 올해 한·프랑스 수교 140주년을 맞아 성대한 환영식이 준비됐다"고 전했다.
또 "양 정상은 방명록 작성 후 소인수·확대회담을 하고 오찬을 함께 한다"며 "오찬엔 양국 각계 인사 140여 명이 참석하고, 프랑스 측 명예대사 대중음악 그룹 '스트레이 키즈' 소속 필릭스·배우 전지현 씨가 함께 한다"고 전했다.
