성광진 대전광역시교육감 예비후보가 최근 강화된 지방자치법의 주민자치 흐름을 학교 현장에 접목, 교사·학생·학부모가 의사결정의 주인이 되는 ‘학교자치 구조 혁신’ 공약을 발표했다.
성 예비후보는 3일 발표한 ‘서로 존중하는 학교문화 조성’ 공약을 통해 “주민이 지역 문제를 스스로 해결하는 주민자치회처럼, 학교도 구성원이 함께 참여하고 책임지는 구조로 변모해야 한다”며 학교 운영 체제의 대대적인 전환을 예고했다.
