충남도가 지역 내 대학과 연구기관이 보유한 우수 기술을 중소기업에 이전하고 사업화하는 지원 사업을 본격화했다.
이를 위해 충남도는 4월 3일 아산 디바인벨리에서 열린 ‘중소기업 기술 이전 활성화·사업화 업무협약 및 기술교류회’를 개최 했고, 이 자리에서는 김태흠 지사와 대학·연구기관, 기업 대표 등 200여 명이 모여 협력 방안을 논의했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약에는 건양대, 공주대, 남서울대, 단국대 등 11개 대학과 한국광기술원, 자동차연구원 등 연구기관, 충남테크노파크, 중소기업연합회, 기술보증기금 등 총 15개 기관이 참여했다. 이들은 중소기업과의 기술 공동연구, 스타트업 육성, 기술사업화 지원을 위해 협력하기로 뜻을 모았다.
특히 기술보증기금과 함께 기술 이전 계약을 맺은 중소기업에 대해 최대 5억 원 규모의 기술보증과 2% 이내 낮은 이자 지원으로 사업화 자금 부담을 줄여 안정적인 성장 발판을 제공한다.
이날 협약과 함께 24개 중소기업이 4억 7천만 원 규모로 기술 이전 계약을 체결해 지난해 5개 기업, 6천200만 원 대비 7배 이상 크게 늘어난 성과를 보였다.
한국광기술원과 자동차연구원, 충남테크노파크 등은 유망 기술 현황과 지원 정책을 소개했으며, 대학·연구기관과 기업 간 1대1 맞춤형 상담도 진행돼 실질적 협력 확대가 기대된다.
