충남 예산군이 단순 경유형 관광에서 벗어나 지역 내 소비를 유도하는 체류형 관광 활성화를 위해 여행업계를 대상으로 파격적인 인센티브를 제공한다.
예산군은 여행사가 단체 관광객을 유치해 군내에서 숙박할 경우 지원금을 지급하는 ‘2026년 단체관광객 유치 인센티브 지원사업’을 추진한다고 밝혔다.
이번 사업은 예당호 권역, 덕산권역, 예산시장 등 주요 명소와 봉수산자연휴양림 등 확충된 숙박 인프라를 연계해 지역 경제에 실질적인 활력을 불어넣기 위해 기획됐다.
예산군에 따르면 인센티브 지급 대상은 1박 이상의 체류형 관광 상품을 운영하는 여행사다. 지원 금액은 여행객 유형과 숙박 일수에 따라 차등 지급된다. 내국인 단체(10명 이상)의 경우 1박 시 1인당 1만 5,000원, 2박 이상은 2만 원이 지원된다.
외국인 관광객은 혜택이 더 커 1박 2만 원, 2박 이상은 최대 3만 원까지 받을 수 있다. 30명 이상의 수학여행단에는 1박 1만 원, 2박 이상 1만 5,000원이 지원될 예정이다.
